My father was a doughty Scotsman who served for many years in the Royal Air Force. He was dashing, and could be considered a bit of a rogue. He loved the debonaire touch and was fond of cravats and tweed jackets. When he passed on I made an album with all his World War 2 photos, using the fabric from one of his tweed jackets to cover a standard album. In a similar way to my daughter's album, I cut our the inside jacket pocket and used it on the inside front cover to hold his name, date of birth and death.
I have made several World War 2 background papers using Bill's photos and other paraphernalia.
